- I will be back packing from Brighton to the I.O.W. and back at the end of July. So what? you might say, but I am disabled and doing it on my 4 wheel electric scooter. Top speed 8mph. Camping each night to re-charge the scooter Batteries. I am using the trip to raise money for Naomi House Childrens Hospice in Winchester, Hampshire, U.K.
